FAMILY CARNIVAL - BASKET Parent Donation Letter - Please remember to personalize the information prior to sending it.  It is recommended that you email and send a hard copy. PLEASE SEND BEFORE MONDAY, APRIL 10, 2017.

 

FAMILY CARNIVAL SILENT AUCTION GUIDELINES - Important information concerning your Classroom Basket including drop off date (4/21/17) and times.

 

FAMILY CARNIVAL - BASKET Contents FORMPlease fill out and attach one of these forms to your classroom basket.  Value of each donated item needs to be included on this form.

TAW TEACHER PREFERENCE LIST - Please give this sheet to the teacher as soon as possible to know what he or she likes.  Please feel free to use the info with the students/parents.  (If your classroom has two teachers, please give one to each teacher.)

 

TAW - TEXT for EMAIL and LETTER TO PARENTS - Please remember to personalize it prior to sending it.  Please send letter by Thursday, May 11th or by email by Monday, May 15th.

 

TAW - EVENT LIST - Again, please remember to personalize it, prior to sending.  It should accompany the above letter/email. This document summarizes the week's activities at a glance.

 

TAW - DAILY REMINDER SLIPS - You can use these to send out daily reminder slips with your students.  Again, you'll need to personalize it for your classroom prior to sending them out.

 

TAW - DONATION REQUEST LETTER - Please personalize prior to sending.  Can accompany TAW letter/email to parents.

 

TAW BREAKFAST & LUNCHEON FOOD ASSIGNMENTS BY CLASSROOM - Grades K - 5th are assigned a breakfast item to bring to the Teachers' Lounge on Monday, May 22nd by 7:30 AM.  We are asking preschool (LIFT) classrooms to please bring a dessert for Friday's Luncheon.  (Location for the luncheon to be determined.)
